Recently, Cassandra, Custom Electric’s Accounts Payable Administrator, competed in the Cowtown Showdown Power Lifting all-ages competition, and she accomplished a new Personal Record! Congratulations Cassandra!
Cassandra has been training for just over a year, and she competed in the Master-2 category. At the competition, her lifts were:
Squat: 105 kg
Bench Press: 65 kg
And Deadlift: 120 kg (her new Personal Record!)
