A second group of Custom Electric supervisors has enrolled in Results’ Building Leaders Program (BLP). BLP is an excellent leadership development program that builds upon existing skills to increase capabilities and further professional development, which directly align with Custom’s corporate purpose and values.
The first group of Custom’s supervisors completed the program with great results. Equipped with the knowledge and skills imparted by the program, we’ve seen a measurable increase from all participants in their abilities to better handle unexpected situations, communicate, and be accountable, which has benefited Custom’s operations. Feedback from participants was also very positive.
The BLP program has strengthened leadership at Custom Electric. We are already seeing positive results in the second group!
