We are one of southern Alberta’s largest independent electrical contractors, with a workforce of approximately 375 tradespeople and staff, and a culture built on stability, development, and genuine respect for the people who represent us on site every day.
We do not hire and lay off. When a project wraps, we work to keep our people moving — repositioning crews to other active projects and seeking out new work to ensure continuity of employment. That philosophy has produced a team with remarkable tenure: service milestones of 20, 30, and 40 years are not uncommon at Custom Electric, and they are recognized and celebrated.
