Congratulations on the Successful Completion of the Bow River Seniors Residence in Canmore
Custom’s team put in a terrific effort to complete the electrical scope of the newly constructed Bow River Seniors Residence in beautiful Canmore, AB. Across our company, our employees embrace Custom’s culture of collaboration and quality-first. And the team’s efforts shone throughout this entire project. The Residence is owned by Bow Valley Regional Housing and Clark Builders was the project’s general contractor (https://lnkd.in/gau46gqr).
The facility includes sixty (60) assisted-living residential suites, facilities for staff and visitors, and administration & offices. Custom Electric was Bow River’s electrical partner, and our scope included installing a full 1200A distribution system, including a transfer switch for a future backup generator feed, 2-stage fire alarm system, security/nurse call system rough-in, full lighting & lighting control system, and all exterior & street lighting. As you can see from the pictures, the finished residence looks fantastic, and we wish its new residents all the best in their new home!
